So don’t be a perv. This is strictly asking whether or not I should take Miles down to central casting to get a Sears spread. Or maybe a Huggies commercial. Or even a funny viral video that pays. You know, so I can save for his college and invest in his future by getting a cool car.

So Hot or Not?

Casting for “Real Housewives of Chicago”** is starting.

Except I think you need a bitchier attitude and at least two kids to ignore. But it still doesn’t hurt to give it a shot. This info from SunTimes:

According to Towers’ (Productions) casting director Becky Cattie, the hope is to find women who could give this formula ‘‘a new twist,’’ showcasing a ‘‘really unique group of ladies to represent the Midwest.’’

The production team is seeking ‘‘a dynamic group of ladies leading extraordinary lives. … modern housewives who juggle busy lives and look great doing it! No wallflowers please.’’

Also include some personal background details — married? kids? occupation? social life? — and why you think you and your friends would make great TV.

I have avoided making any “typical L.A.” jokes, I couldn’t think of anything more cliche’, plus I don’t really know what’s typical here, I don’t get out much. Palm Trees, those are pretty typical. It seems what people say are typical about L.A. are actually typical about actors anywhere. But this made me laugh and definitely qualifies for the broader definition of “typical L.A.”
