And by that, I don’t mean the FourSquare stalker app…

I’ll admit it – when I first heard that Topher Grace was going to be on the team AGAINST the Predators, and that Adrien Brody was our new “Arnold” – I couldn’t help but cry a little. Ok, a lot.

BUT – there is something about this trailer (the admission that Arnold is king for one) And the fact that we get a Predator Puppy. And, best of all, the fact that we hear the “Over here….” and “Anytime…” from the original. If it were possible to be a “sound” for a Halloween costume, it would either be “Anytime….” from Predators, or the sound of the Smoke Monster from LOST.

Take a look, it’s a little talky-talky, but you get to some awesome Predator action. Admittedly, I’m not anywhere nearly as excited for this as I am Tron: Legacy (or even Clash of the Titans for that matter) But I welcome a reboot that honors the past, and creates a new world.

Our exclusive interview with Corey.

The blogosphere and news world is going to be blowing up with news about Corey Haim’s death. Fortunately, back in 2005 – Adam Witt had the exclusive opportunity to sit down for a real heart-to-heart with Corey. It was at times funny, at times touching, but most of all, real.

As to what happened to him this morning – here’s what we know so far:

License to Drive wasn’t that good a movie.
Lost Boys was a fantastic movie.
He liked Japanese Funk music.
He admired John Ritter.
He starred with Corey Feldman in just about every movie he was ever in.
It was a drug overdose.

He is a talent that will be sorely missed in Hollywood. Especially with the ending of “Lost Boys 2″ – it was a real cliffhanger that needs THIS Corey to come back. Now, we’ll never know how the trilogy ends. This is akin to replacing Dumbledore in the Harry Potter series…

Corey, we will wear dark armbands all day, mourning your passing, and the passing of when vampires were cool and non-sparkly.

RIP.

Damn if this movie is not good. Seriously – Damn Disney and Marvel (who now owns Disney) if this movie is not good. The DUDE is in this. Scarecrow is in this. Daft Punk does the score/music for this! Even 13 from House is in this. It can’t be wrong.

My only question – what does the new “Bit” look like? Better be as cool.

Aw screw it, who am I kidding? I’m going midnight in December to Navy Pier to see this movie – who’s in?

Jay-Z wrote the hook, but Social Media made it a hit…

Gotta admit – it doesn’t get much dorkier than this. I don’t know what’s worse – that I like this song better than the original, or that I actually know the references/faces shown up on screen (even without a corporate logo behind them).

Thanks to Jay-Z/Rhianna – you will find yourself humming “New Dork” for the rest of the day.

Or until someone mentions “Red Red Wine.”

I suppose they could have just formed a big vial of poison, or a skull and crossbones… But I think you get the picture. Count ‘em up – how many Google services do you have and use that you KNOW about?

You don’t even want to know about all the stuff they know that you don’t know they know… Or something like that. Joel – they know the porn site you visited last night after the family went to sleep. Sandy – they know that you searched for bit-torrents of “Rush + Free + Concert + Penis”. Adam… Oh poor Adam, your best bet is to move to LA and get lost in the soft-core porn editing busi-. Oh. I guess you’re mostly ok.

This is why Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li sucks.

Ok, there are a billion reasons. Or, at least 99 of them. Each minute of this movie is like stabbing your private parts with a dull butter knife. Repeatedly. And yet… I watched it. Hoping, against hope, that this would all of a sudden, turn good. I figured, “Hey, this is STREET FIGHTER! I freakin’ grew up with this game…

I thought they would have learned from their mistakes with the Jean-Claude (seriously, Raul Julia as Bison?!) And they put Kristin Kreuk in the movie. She’s a little cutie. And Moon Bloodgood – who’s breasts we almost saw in Terminator:Salvation. I’ll watch either of them kick ass any day…. As proven by my ability to sit through THIS. *Sigh* Chris Klein – not that I ever liked you persay… but who, WHO, told you that this style of acting is “ok”. After watching this, I get the feeling that there wasn’t so much a “director” on this film then a guy who managed traffic. And not so much a “writer” as someone who scribbled notes before falling asleep each night…
