I’m sure by now you’ve heard of the biggest public health care notification in U.S. History because some clinic in Las Vegas is running a super shoddy operation. Hey clinic in Vegas: GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER. Who doesn’t know that reusing syringes can cause HIV? Seriously, is this 1982? Hey! I just heard that the inaugural Space Shuttle Columbia launch was a success, John Young is now America’s most flown astronaut, sidebar, reusing syringes can spread disease. COME ON. Hey Schmidt, bring extra needles next time you stay at The Venetian. What happens in Vegas clearly does not stay in Vegas.

10.24.07Nosebleed
I got my very first nosebleed last night. It was weird. All of a sudden you’re just spouting from the nose pure good-old fashioned blood. That had never happened to me before. I’m sure it’s a bad sign, and came after working for almost two days straight with only a couple hours sleep. I’m sure stress was the cause, but when it happened all I could think of was all the horror movies and X-Files I’d seen where this is an indication of an alien gestating inside me, or perhaps someone else with less latent psycho-kinetic powers attacking me, like in Scanners. I looked up webmd and it told me it was a symptom of being punched in the nose, which seemed a little snarky of them. What do you think the cause was?
