  I can’t believe it. And Iron Man movie, who’d've ever thought that would happen. I remember being in complete disbelief that they were making a Punisher movie with Dolph Lungren.  Now, they’ve got another one of those coming out too.

   I’m not only missing out on Schadenfreude in Chicago, I’m also missing out on my social calendar. Schadenfriend Chris recently hosted a festival of EVERY Akira Kurosawa movie. …every. I’ve been to his screenings of EVERY Robert Altman film and EVERY Cassavetes film and EVERY Herzog film and they are amongst my favorite Chicago experiences.   Yes. The trailer for Batman: Dark Knight is up. He’s back once again to save Lasalle Street, nobody blows up a candy factory in his town. I’ll stop short of turning this site into Ain’t It Cool News, but between Indiana Jones, this, The Hulk, Iron Man, Punisher, and Hellboy II, I’m not sure I can handle next year. I hope they don’t suck…oh who am I kidding, that clearly doesn’t phase me when it comes to these movies.
