  Are you sure you call that coffee? I know you’re trying to compete with Starbucks, aren’t we all? But you should know it’s not competition to JUST have coffee. You kind of have to have good coffee. For example, Citibank, which now offers gourmet coffee, and the Federal Express in my neighborhood, which now offers gourmet coffee, they offer a dark roast comparable to Starbucks. Even my carwash, which now offers gourmet coffee, and the PepBoys, which now offers gourmet coffee, go with a lighter roast, but one which is still carries some rich flavor that has made coffee establishments so popular. You can’t just got to the GM Plant in Parma or The Enterprise Rent-A-Car and steal their roast and think that will pass.

  Fellow Schadders Sandy and Kate are trying an experiment. They are eating only what they have in their house. They have stopped going to the grocery store and have dug deep into the cabinet. So what should they eat for dinner tonight? I’ll start - I say you guys eat the bisquick. Maybe see if you can douse it with the fat-free cream of mushroom soup? Then I would finish with that raspberry Creme Brulee thingy you bought at Trader Joes that one time. Just eat around the freezer burn. Ok, who’s next? Help em out will ya?

  It’s true. All of mankind’s knowledge and achievements can be summed up with “Cheeseburger in a Can.” Think about it. Anywhere you go. Anything you do - there will now be a cheeseburger. I propose this:

  Cheeseburger in a can is the single greatest invention of the 21st Century.

  Smart Ones: Not So Dumb! Food, For the Ladies, fitness | (2)

  So I’m cutting out beer, bread and coffee. Let’s just see what happens. My guess is a heart attack or cancer. Julie thinks I’ll lose weight. I’ll let you know. Chocolate is also on the way out, but we get these Smart Ones low-calorie desserts. And I got a mint chocolate chip cake thingy. It’s half the calories. You wanna know how I know?

  

  It only comes with half a dessert. It’s cut right down the middle. I thought it was a joke at first, but it comes with a couple in the package and they are all the same way. You know this is some stoner’s shortcut. “Um, fuck it dude - we just just make half of it and then it has half the calories”. Not so dumb.
