    I hate to break it to you, but this product was mentioned in a recent Consumer Reports. Apparently, if you read the fine print, it says that the model elected to have a neck reshaping surgical procedure after using the product, so this will not solve your neck issues on its own. Of course, this product plus a sharp knife and sewing kit may well be the solution to any neck related concerns.

    Great point Allison. And really, what personal body image issues CAN’T be addressed with a sharp knife and sewing kit?
