This show is exciting. Watching the Statue of Liberty, Eiffel Tower and 3 Mile Island dissolve into nothingness is AWESOME. However, I’ve been thinking about the message of this show – and it seems to be this:
Do whatever the hell you want to, the Earth is going to be OK.
And, at the end of the day – I love that message, and henceforth will be throwing my dirty napkins out of the window of my car while driving my H2 and speeding down at 95 mph across the Florida Everglades releasing the ozone from a can of Redi-Whip.
I saw this. I had a bit of trouble with the second segment, though — what happens to our pets without us. The rest of the show is awesome.
I guess that just proves that while I have sympathy for animals, I think the extinction of the human race is pretty keen.
This show rocked. Yes: if everyone on the planet takes everything they’ve ever owned and threw it in the trash, the earth would just magically grow back.
My favorite segment was the part about Prypiat, Ukraine:

Have fun getting all Mad Max with that place, guys.
