Not art, just pure goofing around on a Sunday afternoon. I only post this because the first 8 seconds of this fake trailer really nail it.
Formed in 1997, Schad began performing sketch comedy on Chicago’s north side. The troupe has since performed at countless venues around the world including The Goodman Theatre, The Second City, Steppenwolf, Lollapalooza, ImprovOlympic, the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (LA), HERE (NYC) and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

This killed me. I had to watch it twice. Classic Witt. The look you give when you’re brushing your teeth — and best of all the fact that I can tell you are smiling/laughing during some of these takes (when you go to turn the TV off). And the fall up the stairs is the best.
Also note I look at the camera in the first panic room discussion, to see if Steve is laughing, so unprofessional. I love the bullshit trailer piano in the first couple seconds.
Funnier than anything we saw at the Channel 1 screening.
Or was it called Channel 101… either way, you get my point.
Of course for channel 101, you’d have to serialize Panickier Room, every month he’d have to find some new drama that causes him to cower, like a girlfriend’s ire or lost dog.
