Dreaming it for 100 Years

We have an exclusive here folks. In Chicago, it used to be Michael Jordan, deep dish and Al Capone. Now in 2008, we add Walter E. Smithe to the roster. Their commercials are one-of-a-kind and have become the new standard for local television ads. The best part? They are usually timely. As is the case of this one below, which NEVER AIRED. Why? Well, it was about the Cubs winning the world series. Tough break. I hope everyone got paid on this sucker. It’s a montage commercial of them palling around Wrigley. It was supposed to air this week but alas, Soriano sucks. Enjoy the never-before-seen Walter E. Smithe “Summer’s Gonna Last Forever”.
