Although there’s something about Sarah Palin’s Fargo-ish accent that makes her irresistible. Like when she pronounces “President” as “Preysident”. Hypnotizing.
Please. Hardly. Life magazine? Do they even publish that anymore? Nice try but get back to me when McCain is on the cover of something we ALL read like Jet or King.
I think Life is one of those publications that some publishing people keep around, but out of a sense of nostalgia. Murdoch or whoever is sitting around a high powered board meeting, musing quietly to himself. Suddenly he sits up: “You know, we haven’t done a LIFE magazine issue in what…4 years? Who’s hot now? Is Lucky Strike still advertising?”
