One afternoon he dragged me into a boutique and tried to convince me it was only fitting I should buy a man's fur."Warren," I suspected, was interested in my purchase to justify adding to his own collection. I'm fairly conservative in taste and even young kept short (receding) hair. When I turned into a mirror with a red fox bomber jacket all I could exclaim was, "I look like a GD tick!" It was a "fooooofy" jacket and I a small head. I was reminded of the young Southern ladies who would wear yards of crinoline, ala "Gone With the Wind" that I would refer to as "the lampshades," their heads extending as a finial.Perhaps my vison of fur was a frail great aunt who struggled under the weight of a Persian lamb or the ladies who drove to the club, top down on the Eldorado, air conditioning blowing full, insulated in mink or sable. Now as the years have passed (middle aged) I've been tempted to consider the warmth and comfort without a concern of appearing pretentious. After all, I'm quite too old to consider Abercrombie and Fitch.LOL

Thirty years ago (much younger) I was on a buying trip with a designer who worked for us. I guess I should have clarified that I would pay money to see you in a full length fur coat. So, once again, you are the exception to the rule. And sraltman -- I didn't account for the Pimps of the world. That's a good point. I was thinking more of the guys who are going out on the town with their ladies for some fine wine and steak. But, then again, when was the last time you actually saw a pimp wearing a fur coat? When was the last time you saw a pimp? I would hope that they've learned to be more incognito (especially since their occupation has become the most popular Halloween costume in Lincoln Park...)

OK, Patrick. What you mean to say is that dude in the picture doesnt look good in a full length fur coat. I on the other hand was just a pinky finger ring away from purchasing a full length fur coat this very winter! and I looked awesome! I fucking rocked that thing! And heres the topper it wasnt expensive, i just went to a store on the south side (terrifying i know) but it was a reasonable price. Ps I almost got stripes shaved into the side of my hear, but my wife wouldnt let the hair artist and the hair cuttery do it. Also doesnt the hair cuttery seem like it should serve meade and also mutton? Wow I'm really giving you some great bits arent I?! Maybe later I'll hit you up with some of my antisemitic classics.

False and couldn’t be falser, with an extended forecast of falsitude and a slight chance of rain.
