The greatest joy in my life is reading to my kids, be it a Tim Egan book ("Serious Farm" is a kid-lit masterpiece) or a Simpsons comic book (which I praise only because my son became motivated to read after discovering Simpsons comic books, much like I got motivated to read after discovering Hulk comic books. Ironically, Len Wein, who created the superhero Wolverine in an issue of The Hulk, is now writing Simpsons comic books). Then I spend the rest of the evening looking for better day jobs online. Therefore, I have very time to watch TV. But I'm making my list of DVDs to rent after the kids have left the house, and that's why I poll coworkers.
