It splices together approximately 10 takes of a radio promo that Ozzy seemed incapable of reading. It was simply "This is Ozzy Osbourne. When I am in Cincinnati, I listen to WEBN." Either really dumb, or really fucked up. Or both. Either way, he immediately became a funny guy, not a destroyer of worlds. I am surprised it took 20 years to make "The Osbournes."
