Real Life is Better Than Hollywood

At least when it comes to blowing stuff up. I loved the movie “Ocean’s 11” – the remake with Clooney & Co. It was fun, light-hearted, and Don Cheadle was hilarious as the “bomb guy”. It’s a guilty pleasure. Anywhoo – I’ll always remember the scene where they are blowing up the hotel and everyone is turning to face the explosion except for Clooney – because he’s cool, and subversive and wants to keep an eye on Andy Garcia. Anyway – when the blew up that hotel, it was OK.

When, in reality, you want to blow up a hotel, AND you’re in Vegas – you make the whole thing a show.
