Hey – just wanted to make sure that after the crazy weekend, Cubs getting swept, Chicago canceling the Marathon, Bears beating Packers that everyone is Ok.
I mean, I was at a wedding in Iowa City… So I missed everything… but I hear it was crazy.
And it’s not the heat, it’s the humidity. And the humidity of 14,000 (-3 – you can’t count those Kenyans, they are FAST!) people sweating in, on and around you. And the humidity of Wrigleyville tears (c’mon, did you really think it would end any other way?). And the humidity of… well, the pure awesomeness of Bears beating the Pack.
We need more weekends like this in Chicago.
