I market in your general direction

I came across a new box set for Monty Python and the Holy Grail and it reminded me of something I really really dislike. Is there anything more annoying than box descriptions for Monty Python products that think they’re as funny as Monty Python? Always overusing phrases like “Silly” and “Completely” and “Spam” and “Llama” because the longer and more gangly the sentence the more “Python” it is.

And then you have to endure DVD menus that thing they’re Terry Gilliam animations. Ugh. I just want to watch the four enduring brilliant things they did, the show and those three movies. And it’s not Pythonesque anyway, it’s Eric Idle-esque. You know the guy who gave us Spamalot, which I’m completely against because it’s like all of these box descriptions made into a play.
