Here’s an excerpt from the stage scene Slim/Roman. Slim is the service desk manager in the Phudie Mart and Roman is the high school kid who mops the floors. He has a crush on Slim but Slim is trying to get him to ask out one of the high school girls behind the counter:

SLIM
You’Äôre only in high school once! take her to the homecoming! come on!

ROMAN
I don’Äôt dance. I listen to jazz.

SLIM
Jazz? why jazz?

ROMAN
Because my parents hate it. They hate Jazz, Blues, Big band, Tejana. . all they do is sit around listening to Zappa and Zepplin . . .

SLIM
Ho ho ho. Don’Äôt go bad-mouthing Zep. Particularly Houses of the Holy. I named both my kids after Zeppelin.

ROMAN
Oh, so you’Äôre ZoSo and Bonham’Äôs mom!

SLIM
Yeah, they’Äôre cool.

ROMAN
No, you’Äôre cool.
